What exactly does FleetEngine Simulation simulate?

Material flows, vehicle utilization, routes, bottlenecks, order prioritization, and battery / charging behavior for mobile robot fleets. You test layout variants on the model before committing capex.

Do I need programming skills?

No. The low-code flow editor lets you define transport processes via drag-and-drop. For more complex logic you can extend via C#/.NET plugins.

What results do I get from the simulation?

Bottleneck analysis, throughput figures, robot utilization, and custom KPIs. Statistics are exportable as CSV / data — we don't currently produce a formatted PDF report.

How is FleetEngine Simulation different from FlexSim or Plant Simulation?

FleetEngine Simulation is purpose-built for AMR/AGV planning: integrated with the Editor and LIF export, no need to model robots from scratch. Generic simulation tools are broader but more expensive for AMR-specific modelling.

Can I do hardware-in-the-loop testing?

Yes, via the emulation mode. Real control systems can be connected to the simulated environment before physical commissioning.
